InventureCoach

is an ongoing, one-on-one process designed for leaders who are seeking to examine their life and leadership. Working with an Inventure-certified coach, the participant has the opportunity to renew his or her focus, develop a leadership plan and put the plan to practice.

What is it?
InventureCoach
is a personalized, one-on-one process for building a leader's capacity to renew and change. Complex change makes extraordinary demands on executives and leaders. To survive and thrive, mastery of business issues is not enough. If organizations need to change to be successful today, the leaders in them must reinvent themselves first.
What are the results?
As a result of working through the

process, leaders and executives will:

Program Structure
InventureCoach
is a disciplined process that asks the right questions and puts a map and a practice together to help leaders quickly become more effective. It provides the time and tools to aid leaders in pulling together, sorting through and putting into practice their strengths. The result is a map and practice that will endure.
The process helps executives and leaders:
Look Inward—Think through life and leadership circumstances to determine what they need to do to grow personally and professionally and to renew their vision, purpose, values, talents and calling.
Look Outward—Focus their energies more effectively to lead and work from their strengths and priorities and eliminate distractions.
Look Forward—Bridge the coaching experience to real time application.
Adjusted to fit the busy leader's schedule, the
InventureCoach
process is confidential. Leaders work directly with a certified Inventure coach.
Program Components
An Inventure coach meets with each leader one-on-one, on the leader's schedule. Techniques include initial face-to-face meetings and monthly telephone coaching and feedback, plus reading, assessments and disciplined daily personal practices.
All coaches have been certified in the
InventureCoach
process developed by Richard Leider, a founding partner of The Inventure Group and a pioneer in the career coaching field. Leider is a National Certified Career Counselor who was named one of the top 10 most influential Minnesotans in the career development field by the Minnesota Career Development Association.
